What this website collects

Enquiry forms do not store your details on our servers. When you press the button, your details are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device, and you choose whether to send it.

How we use what you send

Details you send us on WhatsApp or by phone (name, phone number, addresses, travel dates, passenger names) are used only to arrange the service you asked for. We share only what is needed with the hotel, airline, railway, bus operator, driver, rider or restaurant handling your booking.

Third-party services

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. WhatsApp and LinkedIn links open those services under their own privacy policies. Our hosting provider may keep routine security and access logs. We do not use advertising trackers.

How long we keep data

Booking conversations and payment records are kept as long as needed to deliver the service, handle refunds and meet tax and legal requirements.

Deleting your data

To ask us to delete your details, send a WhatsApp message or call +91 73576 66696 with the words "Delete my data" and the phone number you used. We confirm deletion within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.

Keep sensitive details private

Do not send bank account numbers, card numbers, passwords or payment PINs through forms or chat. Identity details needed for tickets or hotel check-in are requested only when required.
