Service terms

Enquiries and confirmation

Website forms start a conversation on WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only after we share availability, the final amount and cancellation terms, and you approve them.

Payments

Pay only after confirmation, to the business UPI a.ptheplayer-4@okaxis. A UPI reference alone is not proof of payment; the owner checks every payment against the bank record.

Meals

Vegetarian tiffins cost ₹200 per tiffin per mealtime with free delivery inside the kitchen's service area, booked one day ahead. The 30 meal pack is ₹6,000 and the 60 meal pack is ₹12,000: fixed meal credits valid two calendar months from activation, no automatic renewal. Sunday meals are for active meal-pack customers.

Hotels, tickets, tours and taxis

We arrange these with hotels, transport operators and drivers. Their own rules on check-in, baggage, delays, cancellations and refunds apply, and are shared with you before payment. Any service fee is stated upfront. Fares and room rates can change until payment is completed.

Restaurant bookings

You pay the restaurant directly unless agreed otherwise. Restaurants may release a table after a reasonable waiting time.

Pick & drop

We do not carry cash, valuables, illegal, hazardous or unsafe items and may refuse any item. Pack items securely. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the delivery charge unless agreed in writing in advance.

Cancellations and refunds

Message us to cancel. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Third-party charges (airline, railway, hotel cancellation fees) are deducted as per their rules.

Partners

A partner enquiry is not an approval. Partners are onboarded only after owner approval and agreed terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
